“this should be a SHALL for all officers who are just starting out in their career. I wish I had this opportunity a long time ago in my career. It would have saved a lot of scars and maybe my marriage. This gave me new hope for this profession and the future of law enforcement. I am a better person, better husband, better father, better officer because of this. Just like we do maintenance in our cars and change the oil or rotate the tires, this course was my long overdue “oil change.” Thank you.”
