This Track I course is specifically for line level folks without any formal supervisory rank. Broaden your perspective, your impact, your happiness, and your Blue Line Leadership!
Front Line Leadership
This Track II course is for all ranks, tenure, and assignment. Come on a journey of rejuvenation, personal growth, fulfillment, & resilient professional leadership.
Next Level Leadership
This Track III course takes things to the “next level” of leadership for all members of an organization. Deepen your understanding of today’s profession, its challenges, and quality modern leadership.
Critical Incident Leadership
Designed for cops and dispatchers, this Track IV course will develop your critical decision-making skills. In other words, this course will teach you how to think and make quality decisions in chaos.
Professional Development Courses
Completion of any WSSA PDS courses counts towards elective hour requirements for Career Level Certification and annual 24 hour training requirements for Washington State law enforcement and corrections personnel. PDS courses may be taken in any order.
