This Track I course is designed for police officers, deputies, FTO’s, corporals, detectives, and non-commissioned members without supervisory rank of all tenure and assignment, including patrol, administrative, investigative, and specialized assignments. This Track II course is for all ranks, tenure, and assignment. Front Line Leadership will take you on a journey of rejuvenation, passion for the profession, enhanced commitment, personal growth, fulfillment, happiness, and resilient professional leadership. 

This Track III course takes things to the “next level” of leadership. Next Level Leadership is for all ranks, tenure, and assignment.  Deepen your understanding of today’s profession & challenges, the value of quality organizational leadership, communication, leading police cultures, all while improving your professional and personal relationships.

This Track IV course will develop and greatly improve your critical decision-making skills. In other words, this course will teach you how to think and make quality decisions in chaos. Peace officers and dispatchers of all ranks, tenure, and assignment are welcome and encouraged to attend.
